Exchange Returns Policy

Occasionally printers experience difficulty which can cause faults in the print quality of books.

This may include misaligned or missing pages or blurred images/print.

If you receive a book with printing faults, you are entitled to a replacement.

  1. For books purchased through Amazon, please follow their return/exchange instructions on the Amazon website.
  2. For books purchased direct from me, Author Suzanne Bond, I am more than happy to exchange it for a quality replacement copy.

For a faulty book to be replaced, please contact me directly via my contact page or email: suepaulbond@gmail.com to make arrangements. This may require:

  • Return of faulty book, or photo of faults
  • Details of place or date of purchase
  • Your details for replacement book

Note: This policy does not include damage caused by misuse or change of mind.
